2. What information we collect
We try to collect as little personal data as possible. The categories of information we may process are:
- Contact details you send us through the website form, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Account information if you create a profile, including a username, password hash, language preference and chosen plan.
- Technical information automatically logged by our servers, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and timestamps of requests.
- Usage information about how you interact with the platform, including which sessions you open and how long you stay on a page.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data and we ask you not to send them to us through the website forms.
3. Why we use this information
We process your information only for clear purposes:
- To reply to messages you send us and to keep a record of our communication.

We keep contact form messages for up to twenty four months after the last reply. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle billing and legal claims. Technical logs are kept for short retention windows, typically thirty to ninety days.
