2. Who can use the platform
The platform is intended for adults aged sixteen and over. By creating an account or sending us a message you confirm that you meet this requirement. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising any use by younger members of their household.
3. Accounts
To use certain features you may need to create an account. Keep your password confidential, choose a unique one and inform us as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for what happens through your account until you tell us otherwise.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elegantzoecleans is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish law, including liability for personal injury caused by gross negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer protection law assigns them elsewhere.
